Staff/Principal Engineer - Design Verification (SoC expert/lead)
Responsibilities
- Define and drive end-to-end SoC verification architecture and strategy
- Develop comprehensive test plans across module, subsystem, and SoC levels
- Lead and coordinate parallel verification efforts across multiple teams
- Apply advanced verification methodologies, including UVM and emulation
- Leverage Gen-AI tools to improve verification efficiency and insights
Requirements
- Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of hands-on experience in SoC verification environments, architecture definitions and development
- Expert-level proficiency in SystemVerilog and UVM
- Proven experience writing and tracking detailed verification test plans and capable of developing deep and comprehensive SoC test plans
- Experience with development of advanced verification methodologies, flows and strategies for module, sub-system and SOC top level test-benches
Qualifications
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience verifying PCIe, NVMe, NAND, DDR, or CPU subsystems!
- Proven leadership of large or complex verification efforts
- Hands-on experience with emulation platforms for ASIC simulations acceleration
- Strong experience and exposure to modern Gen-AI solutions applied to verification workflows
- Focused visionary leader, capable of driving teams to meet performance, quality and schedule goals

Pay
The US base salary range that Micron Technology estimates it could pay for this full-time position is: $168,000.00 - $336,000.00 a year

The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target base pay for new hire salaries of the position across all US locations.
