About the role

As a Staff Pharmacist, you play a crucial role in delivering our mission of simplifying health care. You'll support the Pharmacy Manager in managing your pharmacy's operations, ensuring patient safety, and implementing innovative care programs.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the management, oversight, and operation of all aspects within your pharmacy, including Patient Safety, Pharmacy Professional Practice, Regulatory Requirements, Quality Assurance, Customer Service, Personnel Management, Inventory Management, Financial Profitability, Loss Prevention, and Workflow Management.
• Leading and developing your Pharmacy Support Staff by assigning tasks that leverage their strengths, addressing development needs, and reducing knowledge gaps.
• Identifying and implementing business opportunities to drive growth and improve performance in your pharmacy.
• Adapting to changes in a dynamic healthcare environment and leading your team to achieve set goals.
• Collaborating with your team to align efforts towards achieving shared objectives and enhancing customer satisfaction.
• Contributing to a positive work culture that fosters a sense of belonging and mutual respect among colleagues.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacy License in the state of employment
• No pending felony charges or convictions for criminal offenses involving controlled substances
• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree

Benefits

The typical pay range for this role is $60.00 - $73.00 per hour or $124,800 - $159,600 annually. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission, or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
