We’re seeking a Staff Pharmacist responsible for supporting pharmacy operations, ensuring patient safety, compliance with regulatory requirements, and maintaining quality assurance.

Responsibilities

• Managing personnel, inventory, workflow, and financial profitability
• Leading with empathy and compassion, motivating and developing support staff
• Identifying business opportunities and implementing solutions to improve performance
• Fostering a team culture aligned with the organization’s values
• Contributing to better health outcomes and supporting the delivery of comprehensive patient care programs

Qualifications

• Active pharmacy license in the state
• Immunization certification
• Clean legal record concerning controlled substances

Preferred qualifications

• Pharm.D. or Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy
