About the role
As a Staff Pharmacist, you play a crucial role in delivering our mission of simplifying health care. You will support the Pharmacy Manager in managing and operating your pharmacy effectively, ensuring patient safety, professional practice, regulatory compliance, quality assurance, customer service, personnel management, inventory management, financial profitability, loss prevention, and workflow management.
Responsibilities
- Support the Pharmacy Manager in leading and directing your Pharmacy Technician Support Staff
- Lead with Heart - demonstrate empathy and compassion for patients, customers, caregivers, and colleagues
- Motivate, inspire, and develop your Pharmacy Support Staff by balancing assignments, addressing development opportunities, and reducing knowledge gaps
- Identify critical business opportunities and contribute to the development of meaningful solutions to drive growth and improve performance in your pharmacy
- Successfully implement solutions by leading your team to achieve specified goals

Requirements
- Active Pharmacy License in the state in which you are employed
- Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List
- Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (e.g., APhA)
- No pending felony charges or convictions for criminal offenses involving controlled substances
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree

Benefits
The typical pay range for this role is $60.00 - $73.00 per hour or $125,000 - $152,000 annually. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission, or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. The pay range for this role is $60.00 - $73.00 per hour or $125,000 - $152,000 annually.
