About the role
This is a rare chance to build a specialist career in haematology and oncology, supported by world-class clinicians, structured training and exposure to ground-breaking cancer treatments.
Responsibilities
- Care for adults with diverse oncology and haematology needs, from acute presentations to palliative and supportive care.
- Support patients through every stage of their cancer journey.
- Work in a centre delivering innovative treatments such as bispecific cancer therapies and TIL therapy.
- Gain exposure to robotic cancer surgery and stem cell transplant services.
- Deliver exceptional care within a centre operating at the forefront of cancer treatment in the private sector.
Requirements
- Current NMC registration.
- Experience within haematology or oncology is desirable but not essential — full training and support will be provided.
- Experience in Systemic Anti-Cancer Therapy (SACT) administration is desirable, though not essential.
- A background in oncology/haematology nursing would be advantageous.
- Alternatively, we welcome applications from nurses with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in an acute medicine setting.
- Previous NHS or private hospital experience.
- A strong commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a willingness to learn and develop within a specialist service.
