Provides specialized nursing care within a family-centered approach for NICU patients, requiring 2+ years of RN NICU experience.
Responsibilities

Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's in Nursing or within 5 years of obtaining it
- Licensed RN in Ohio
- BLS certification
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Healthcare experience preferred
- Demonstrates knowledge across physical, psychosocial, educational, and safety needs for all ages
- Strong task management and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across all organizational levels
