Staff IT Engineer (IAM)

What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and standardize the IAM lifecycle and associated workflows for Headway employee accounts.
• Drive automation and integration excellence by configuring and managing workflows to automate provisioning, de-provisioning, and access changes.
• Complete and maintain key IdP integrations of varying complexity with business applications.
• Lead the transition to least-privilege and support the RBAC initiative.
• Address and resolve identity-related incidents and escalated service requests.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to establish IAM policies and governance fostering a culture of least-privilege.

Requirements

• Experience in a SaaS environment with at least 5 years, focusing on Identity & Access Management (Okta experience preferred).
• Subject matter expertise in IAM technologies, including large-scale IdP implementations, JML automation, and API integrations.
• Leadership in large-scale company access control deployments requiring cross-functional collaboration and user impact management.
• Ability to partner with stakeholders to present technical solutions driving business efficiency.
• Methodical project ownership and management with autonomy.
• Stay updated on latest technology and privacy best practices.
