Staff Infrastructure Engineer (IAM and Cloud Services)

Responsibilities
- Architecting and maintaining secure infrastructure across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
- Manage Identity and Access Management (IAM) flows, integrating Okta, Active Directory, and SaaS applications (Zoom, Google Workspace) to ensure seamless, secure access.
- Create and maintain Terraform modules and Ansible playbooks to automate the provisioning of cloud resources, Kubernetes (EKS) clusters, and configuration management.
- Manage and scale our hybrid monitoring stack. Configure Prometheus, Loki, and Grafana for infrastructure metrics.
- Drive the adoption of ArgoCD to manage infrastructure deployments, ensuring that Git remains the single source of truth for our configurations.
- Oversee the deployment and management of critical SaaS applications, ensuring integration with our Unified Collaboration tools (Zoom, Google, Proofpoint).
- Identify and resolve complex issues across the network, application, and identity layers. Lead blameless post-mortems and define Service Level Objectives (SLOs) to ensure compliance with service-level agreements.
Requirements
- Hold a BS or MS Degree with 8+ years of experience, or 10+ years of equivalent experience.
- Experience working at a Staff level in Security IAM and Infrastructure SRE.
- Extensive experience creating tools and automation services with Python or Golang.
- A solid background in automating infrastructure using standard tools like Terraform, Pulumi, or Ansible.
- A good understanding of authentication security practices (IAM/IGA, MFA, SSO, PKI) and experience managing Okta or similar Identity Providers.
- Experience administering major cloud platforms (AWS is primary, familiarity with Azure/GCP).
- Experience with Kubernetes internals.
- Proven ability to implement and tune monitoring stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/Splunk) to diagnose complex technical issues.
- Experience building pipelines with GitHub Actions/Jenkins and managing deployments via ArgoCD.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues from the physical/network layer up to the application/session level.
Qualifications
Minimum Salary Range or On Target Earnings: $124,000.00 - $271,200.00. In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed, Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value. Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.

Pay
Minimum Salary Range or On Target Earnings: $124,000.00 - $271,200.00. In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed, Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.
