Staff Cloud Engineer-Infrastructure

Responsibilities

• Oversee and enhance AWS infrastructure to maintain dependable, secure, and high-performing cloud operations.
• Design, configure, and support core networking and edge services, including VPC environments, Route 53, CloudFront, firewalls, and load balancing solutions.
• Build, refine, and maintain infrastructure as code using Terraform to improve consistency, scalability, and deployment efficiency.
• Develop automation that supports disaster recovery readiness and strengthens resiliency across multiple Availability Zones.
• Monitor cloud environments and implement improvements that reduce risk, increase uptime, and support long-term operational stability.
• Partner with technical teams to plan and execute infrastructure changes while aligning cloud architecture with business and application needs.

Requirements

• 10+ years of hands-on experience working with AWS in complex enterprise or large-scale environments.
• Active AWS certification is required.
• Strong expertise with Terraform and infrastructure as code practices.
• Proven experience managing AWS networking services such as Amazon VPC, Route 53, and load balancing tools.
• Familiarity with Amazon CloudFront, AWS Control Tower, and cloud security controls.
• Demonstrated ability to design highly available and resilient cloud solutions across multiple Availability Zones.
