Staff Development Coordinator RN

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical education and training for long-term care and rehabilitation teams.
• Design, deliver, and evaluate orientation, in-service programs, and ongoing competency training for nurses and caregivers.
• Assess learning needs and support compliance with regulatory and infection control standards.
• Promote resident-centered, faith-based care practices.
• Collaborate with nursing leadership to enhance quality improvement and professional development.
• Foster a culture of compassion, dignity, and teamwork.

Qualifications & Skills

• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure.
• Experience in clinical education, staff development, or related roles.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and infection control protocols.
• Commitment to resident-centered care and team collaboration.
