Role: Staff Development Coordinator RN

Responsibilities

• Design, deliver, and evaluate clinical education, including orientation, in-services, and competency programs for nursing and interdisciplinary teams.
• Assess learning needs and support regulatory and survey readiness.
• Promote person-centered, faith-based care and foster a culture of quality and clinical excellence.
• Collaborate with leadership and frontline staff to improve resident outcomes and ensure continuous improvement.
• Mentor team members in best practices and resident-centered service.

Qualifications & Skills

• Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Experience in clinical education, training, or staff development.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and survey processes.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and mentorship skills.
• Commitment to person-centered, faith-based care and quality improvement practices.
