Staff Development Coordinator RN

Responsibilities

• Lead education and training for long-term care and post-acute teams
• Design and deliver orientation, in-services, and ongoing clinical education
• Assess staff competencies and provide bedside coaching
• Ensure training complies with regulatory standards
• Collaborate with nursing and leadership to identify learning needs
• Track compliance and support quality and performance improvement

Qualifications & Skills

• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
• Strong knowledge of clinical education and staff development
• Ability to assess competency and coach staff effectively
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
• Commitment to resident-centered care and regulatory compliance
