Staff Development Coordinator – Healthcare Training

Staff Development Director responsible for leading organization-wide training strategies in behavioral health and human services programs.

Responsibilities

• Designs and manages evidence-based, person-centered training for clinical, direct care, and support staff
• Conducts needs assessments and develops training curricula
• Oversees the Learning Management System (LMS) and ensures compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards
• Collaborates with clinical and program leaders to align staff development with quality, safety, and performance objectives
• Uses data analytics to evaluate training effectiveness and impact
• Leads a small team of training professionals
• Supports hybrid work environment with some on-site visits to program locations

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience in designing and implementing training programs in behavioral health or human services
• Strong understanding of regulatory and accreditation requirements
• Leadership skills to manage a training team and collaborate with diverse stakeholders
