Staff Development Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver orientation, in-service, and competency-based training programs for nurses and caregivers.
• Assess learning needs and support quality improvement and infection control initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and promote high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Serve as a clinical resource and foster a collaborative, compassionate culture of continuous learning and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Experience in clinical education, staff development, or related healthcare roles.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices in long-term care.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
