About the role

The Staff Clinician position at Riverside Community Care is for the Life Skills Center and Riverside School. The Life Skills Center serves adolescents aged 12-18 with mental health challenges impacting their home, school, and community. The Riverside School supports adolescents from grades 6-12 whose mental health has affected their academic and social/emotional well-being.

Responsibilities

• Assessment and treatment planning for assigned clients
• Case management and service coordination
• Leading therapeutic groups based on best practices
• Fostering a supportive and collaborative environment
• Collaborating with the multi-disciplinary team

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Professional Clinical Mental Health Discipline
• Valid driver’s license and regular access to a reliable vehicle
• Experience conducting individual and/or group therapy
• One year experience working with children and/or adolescents with emotional difficulties and their families

Pay

• Unlicensed Clinician - $62,044/salaried
• Independent Licensure - $67,995/salaried

Schedule

• Full Time, 40 hours per week
• Monday through Friday, 8am - 4pm
