Staff Backend Engineer (Ruby), AI Engineering: DAP Repository Flows

For our client, we are seeking a Staff Backend Engineer (Ruby), AI Engineering: DAP Repository Flows to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will shape backend architecture and technical direction for a remote-first team focused on AI-enabled engineering workflows. You will lead design and delivery efforts that improve how autonomous agents interact with customer codebases, while strengthening onboarding and shared platform capabilities. The position is highly collaborative, with close partnership across adjacent teams to evolve interfaces, improve system quality, and support scalable delivery in a distributed environment.
