About the role

The Staff Internal Auditor helps ensure the Credit Union operates with integrity, efficiency, and accountability. By performing audit testing and evaluating internal controls, this role supports informed decision-making and continuous improvement throughout the organization. The Staff Internal Auditor contributes to the success of the Internal Audit department while helping safeguard the trust of our members and employees.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business-related field is required.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Accurate and attentive to detail.
• One to two years of financial service experience preferred.
• Industry certification (Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) or Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA)) preferred but not required; willingness to obtain the certification is required.
