Responsibilities
- Drafting and arguing motions and pleadings in federal and state courts
- Managing cases from start to finish (including discovery, strategy development, client communication, and settlement discussions)
- Assisting in class action defense under federal and state consumer lending laws
- Conducting legal research and factual investigations
- Collaborating with a team handling large-scale litigation portfolios for national banks and financial services companies
Requirements
Experience litigating consumer financial services cases for major financial institutions, primarily involving mortgage-related disputes.
