About the role
The Finance Staff Attorney role is designed for candidates who seek a stable, non-partner-track position within a growing finance team in the Charlotte office. This role focuses on lending transactions, related due diligence, and corporate formalities.
Responsibilities
- Draft and review transactional documents
- Support closings
- Coordinate with deal teams across the credit spectrum
Requirements
- J.D. and active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction
- Minimum 3 years' experience in finance/lending transactions or related due diligence
- Strong drafting and organizational skills; familiarity with corporate formalities
- Able to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and manage competing priorities
- Strong academic record and attention to detail
