• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
• Absorb and follow up with our existing clients to assist in servicing their policies.
• Absorb and assist other team members to ensure applications and policies are issued correctly.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to organize and prioritize work in a busy office.

About the role

We are an established, growth-oriented agency with a team of highly motivated individuals. Our team works hard to reach our goals together as a team and have fun while we are doing it!

The office is located in Somerset in north Ames. Our office is open 8 to 5:30 M-TH, F 8:00 to 4:00 (evenings and Saturdays by appointment).

I have been a State Farm agent since 1995. We currently have 5 team members at our agency.
