About the role
We are seeking a Food Service Team Member - Aide or Assistant to maintain high standards of quality food preparation, production, and service. The ideal candidate will be passionate about foodservice, enjoy interacting with rehab and healthcare patients, and possess excellent customer service skills.
Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area
- Prepare and serve meals to patients and staff
- Ensure adherence to food safety and quality standards
- Assist with meal planning and inventory management
- Support the dining room staff in providing exceptional patient care
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in food service or related field preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Valid driver’s license (if required for transportation)
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures

$12 - $17/hour depending on experience
Schedule
Shifts available: 6:00am - 2:00pm or 12:00pm-8:30pm
