Velox Valuations Wiregrass Coast is seeking experienced Certified Residential Appraisers to join its dedicated team. As a part of the Velox Valuations franchise system, you will set your own schedules, choose assignments, and set your production goals. Responsibilities

• Provide top-notch residential appraisal services using Velox Valuations' advanced technology and techniques
• Set your own schedules and choose assignments
• Set your production goals
• Enjoy one-on-one support and best practice knowledge sharing within the Velox Valuations franchise system
• Complete physical property inspections
• Motivate self-starter with high energy
• Manage time efficiently and drive results
• Communicate effectively with attention to detail
• Stay up-to-date with real estate trends
• Use Microsoft Office suite of products
• Flexibly accommodate client/borrower needs

Requirements

• Active Certified Residential Appraiser
• Embrace and complete modern collaborative valuations
• Motivated self-starter with high energy
• Efficient time management and results driven
• Strong communication skills with attention to detail
• Geographic competency in real estate trends
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of products
• Work schedule flexibility to accommodate client/borrower needs
• Able to complete physical property inspections
• No current or pending state disciplinary actions
• Successfully meet/exceed monthly minimum production
