About the role

Velox Valuations Wiregrass Coast is seeking experienced Certified Residential Appraisers to join their team. Responsibilities

• Provide top-notch residential appraisal services using Velox Valuations' advanced technology and techniques
• Set your own schedules and choose assignments
• Set your production goals
• Enjoy one-on-one support and knowledge sharing within the Velox Valuations franchise system
• Complete physical property inspections
• Manage client/borrower needs effectively

Requirements

• Active Certified Residential Appraiser
• Motivated self-starter with high energy
• Efficient time management and results-driven
• Strong communication skills with attention to detail
• Geographic competency in real estate trends
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of products
• Flexible work schedule to accommodate clients/borrowers
• No current or pending state disciplinary actions
• Successfully meet/exceed monthly minimum production

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in residential appraisals, a passion for real estate, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively. They should also be able to adapt to new technologies and processes.
