About the Role

Velox Valuations Wiregrass Coast, an independent franchisee of the Velox Valuations brand, is hiring experienced Certified Residential Appraisers to provide top-notch residential appraisal services using advanced technology and techniques. Responsibilities

• Complete modern collaborative valuations
• Conduct physical property inspections
• Maintain geographic competency in real estate trends
• Communicate effectively with clients and borrowers
• Meet or exceed monthly minimum production requirements

Requirements

• Active Certified Residential Appraiser license
• Motivated self-starter with high energy and efficient time management
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Work schedule flexibility to accommodate client/borrower needs
• No current or pending state disciplinary actions

Qualifications

• Geographic competency in real estate trends within primary and secondary coverage areas:
  • Primary Coverage: Jackson, Holmes, Washington, & Calhoun Counties
  • Secondary Coverage: Bay & Gadsden Counties
