About the role

Velox Valuations is actively hiring experienced Certified Residential Appraisers to join our dedicated team. You'll provide top-notch residential appraisal services using advanced technology and techniques while enjoying the same freedoms and flexibility you have today. As part of the Velox Staff Appraiser Team, you'll set your own schedules, choose assignments, and set your production goals. You'll also benefit from one-on-one support and best practice knowledge sharing within our team.

Responsibilities

• Embrace and complete modern collaborative valuations
• Conduct physical property inspections
• Manage time efficiently and drive results
• Maintain strong communication skills with attention to detail
• Demonstrate geographic competency in real estate trends
• Accommodate client/borrower needs with schedule flexibility
• Meet or exceed monthly minimum production requirements

Requirements

• Active Certified Residential Appraiser license
• Motivated self-starter with high energy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• No current or pending state disciplinary actions
