About the role

Velox Valuations is hiring experienced Certified Residential Appraisers to join our dedicated team in Los Angeles County. You'll provide top-notch residential appraisal services using advanced technology and techniques while maintaining the freedoms and flexibility you currently enjoy. As part of the Velox Staff Appraiser Team, you'll set your own schedule, choose assignments, and define your production goals. The role includes one-on-one support and knowledge sharing within our collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Complete modern collaborative residential valuations
• Conduct physical property inspections
• Manage time efficiently to meet client and borrower needs
• Maintain strong communication and attention to detail
• Stay geographically competent in real estate trends
• Meet or exceed monthly minimum production requirements

Requirements

• Active Certified Residential Appraiser license
• Motivated self-starter with high energy and results-driven mindset
• Strong time management and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Work schedule flexibility to accommodate client needs
• No current or pending state disciplinary actions
