Staff Appraiser

About the role

Velox Valuations is seeking experienced Certified Residential Appraisers to join our dedicated team. As part of the Velox Staff Appraiser Team, you'll set your own schedules, choose assignments, and set your production goals. You'll also benefit from one-on-one support and best practice knowledge sharing within our team.

Requirements

• Active Certified Residential Appraiser
• Embrace and complete modern collaborative valuations
• Motivated self-starter with high energy
• Efficient time management & results driven
• Strong communication skills with attention to detail
• Geographic competency in real estate trends
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of products
• Work schedule flexibility to accommodate client/borrower needs
• Able to complete physical property inspections
• No current or pending state disciplinary actions
• Successfully meet/exceed monthly minimum production
