As a Staff Accountant on our Tax Team, you'll be helping real clients and grow your confidence one return at a time. Tax is dynamic, team-driven, and full of opportunities to learn, grow, and have fun.

Responsibilities

• Work side-by-side with teammates to prepare tax returns for a variety of individuals and businesses
• Analyze financial information and tax documents to identify issues, research tax questions, and connect the dots
• Build your tax knowledge through hands-on experience, ongoing training, and mentorship from experienced tax professionals
• Develop your technical skills using platforms such as Excel, CCH Axcess Tax, Engagement, and other tax software
• Prepare accurate, high-quality work while meeting deadlines and following professional and industry standards

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's in Accounting (Master's = bonus points)
• Strong communication skills (writing and speaking)
• Tech-savvy with tools such as Excel & Word
• A curious, motivated learner who's ready to roll up their sleeves

Please note that while this position is remote, occasional travel to client locations, corporate meetings and trainings may be required to facilitate effective collaboration and engagement implementation.

Pay

A reasonable estimate of the current salary range for this role is $77,500.00 - $79,500.00 per year.
