Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate AI-generated outputs for accuracy, logical reasoning, compliance with GAAP / IFRS
- Work on use cases including financial reporting, general ledger (GL), reconciliations
- Document assumptions, thought processes, and decisions
- Provide feedback to improve AI performance and outputs
Required Qualifications
- CPA (or CA / ACCA equivalent) – mandatory
- Strong understanding of GAAP or IFRS
- Proven experience in: Financial Reporting, General Ledger Accounting & Month-End Close
- 3–8 years of relevant accounting experience (flexible up to ~10–16 years for strong candidates)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
