About the role

We're seeking a highly organized, detail-obsessed Accounts Payable Specialist to support the financial operations behind our UHNW client entities. This is not a typical AP role. You'll be managing payables across complex, multi-entity structures tied to high-profile clients, where accuracy, confidentiality, and timeliness are non-negotiable. The ideal candidate takes initiative, thrives under deadline pressure, and understands that even routine AP work carries real weight when supporting clients at this level.
