About the role

Responsible for leading a team of software developers to design, develop, and maintain complex software applications. Must have strong programming skills in Java, Python, and SQL. Experience with Agile methodologies is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement new software features based on user feedback and business needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and quality assurance engineers.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
• Participate in code reviews and pair programming sessions.
• Perform unit testing and integration testing to ensure software quality.
• Debug and resolve production issues as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience.
• Proficiency in Java, Python, and SQL.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Knowledge of version control systems like Git.
• Understanding of software architecture and design patterns.
• Experience with database management systems (DBMS).
