Staff Accountant - Fixed Assets

Join us in making a real impact as a Staff Accountant, where you’ll be responsible for month-end balance sheet reconciliations, monthly bank reconciliations, and assisting in year-end audit requests and financial package compilation.

Responsibilities

• Assist in year-end audit requests.
• Perform month-end reconciliations of balance sheet accounts.
• Assist in compiling financial packages.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations.
• Run monthly depreciation.
• Maintain job cost for all construction.
• Track and record tenant allowances.
• Prepare and maintain cost-to-budget schedules.
• Track operating expenses by month.
• Assist in preparation of personal and manufacturing returns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
• Considerable knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles.
• Yardi or Sage experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• U.S. Work Authorization (required).
