What You'll Do
- Manage customer invoicing and ensure billing accuracy based on contracts, usage, or subscription terms.
- Ensure accurate and timely billing based on contracts, usage, or subscription terms.
- Track receivables and follow up proactively on overdue accounts.
- Partner with Sales and Customer Success to resolve billing discrepancies and ensure smooth handoffs.

Accounts Payable & Vendor Management
- Prepare standard journal entries and account reconciliations.
- Maintain supporting schedules and documentation for month-end and year-end close.
- Contribute to a timely and accurate close process under the direction of the Accounting Manager.
General Ledger & Month-End Close
- Prepare standard journal entries and account reconciliations.

Qualifications
- Have a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Have 1–3 years of accounting experience, preferably in a SaaS or startup environment.
- Understand core GAAP principles and basic accounting processes.
- Be proficient with QuickBooks; experience with Ramp is a plus.
- Be highly organized with strong attention to detail and a bias toward action.
- Communicate clearly and work comfortably with cross-functional partners.
- Be excited to roll up your sleeves in a fast-paced, evolving environment and take ownership of your work.
