Responsibilities
- Prepare individual and business tax returns across a variety of return types including 1040s, 1065s, and 1120S
- Organize and document workpapers accurately and in accordance with firm standards
- Support seniors, managers, and other members of the team
- Flag technical questions and issues to senior team members appropriately
- Manage multiple engagements simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Other duties as assigned, which may include tasks associated with accounting and/or audit and attest services
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- 0-2 years of public accounting experience
- Solid foundational understanding of accounting principles
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Eager to learn, coachable, and a genuine team player
- Interest in pursuing CPA license
- Strong communication skills and willingness to interact with clients on tax and accounting matters
