Staff Accountant
for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide which sections have content.
From posting:
- About the role: The first paragraph about WGNSTAR dynamic etc. Could be "About the role". That's prose.
- Responsibilities: "Principal Duties And Responsibilities" list. Use - .
- Requirements: "Requirements:" bullet list.
- Qualifications: maybe same as requirements? But we can treat "Requirements" as qualifications. However we have separate headings for Qualifications and Skills. Could split: Qualifications: Bachelor's degree etc. Skills: Excel, analytical, attention to detail, self-starter, collaboration.
- Benefits: "Benefits: This position is eligible for WGNSTAR’s full benefits package, including Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401(k). Additional benefits are listed at the end of this posting." Then later "Additional Benefits: Paid Vacation, Select Holidays, Overtime Opportunities, On-site Facilities & Career Development Opportunities." So we have benefits content.
- Pay: "Pay Rate: $68k - $75k annually, DOE". That's specific, so include Pay section.
- Schedule: "Schedule: M-F, 8am - 5pm, Onsite (Hybrid work schedule available at the discretion of the manager)". That's specific, include Schedule.
We must not include placeholder like "commensurate with experience" etc. Pay and Schedule are specific.
We should not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID.
We must remove boilerplate: EEO, etc. Remove "Equal opportunities and Social Governance" etc. Also remove "This job description is intended..." etc. Also remove "Physical Effort/Activities:" maybe part of responsibilities? Could be included under Responsibilities as a bullet? It's not a duty but physical demands. Could be omitted? The instruction: preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. Physical effort is substantive. Should we include it? Could be part of Responsibilities as a bullet? Or maybe a separate section? There's no heading for Physical Effort. We could include it under Responsibilities as a bullet list item. Or we could add a separate section like "Working Conditions" but not in allowed headings. Since only allowed headings are those listed, we should fit it into existing sections. Probably under Responsibilities as a bullet.
Also "Additional Benefits" list can be merged into Benefits section.
We need to output only HTML fragment, no markdown fences.
Let's craft:

Check: Did we include location? Location: Garner, NC. That's substantive. Should we include? Could be part of About the role or a separate paragraph. Since we have no heading for Location, we can add a paragraph after About the role or within it. Let's add a sentence: "Location: Garner, NC." Also Position Type: Full Time. Could add.
We need to preserve all substantive information. So include location and position type.
Add to About the role paragraph: maybe after the first paragraph add a Location: Garner, NC. Position Type: Full Time.
Or combine.
Let's adjust About the role to include two paragraphs: first about company, second about location and type.
Thus:
About the role
WGNSTAR is a dynamic and growing company with a global footprint. Location: Garner, NC. Position Type: Full Time.
Now ensure we didn't duplicate any content. We used all responsibilities, requirements, skills, benefits, pay, schedule. We omitted physical effort bullet? We added it as a bullet under Responsibilities (the last bullet). Good.
We omitted "Additional benefits are listed at the end of this posting." but we captured them.
We omitted "This position is eligible for WGNSTAR’s full benefits package, including Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401(k)." we captured as first bullet.
We omitted "The people who thrive most at WGNSTAR..." that's fluff, maybe not needed but it's substantive? It's about culture. Could be included under About the role? Might be considered boilerplate? It's not EEO but descriptive. Could add as a paragraph under About the role. However instruction: remove duplicated lines, cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. This is not exactly boilerplate but could be considered fluff. Might be okay to keep? The instruction: preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. That paragraph is substantive about culture. Might be worth including. But we already have About the role section; we could add another paragraph.
Let's add a paragraph: "The people who thrive most at WGNSTAR are those individuals who perform well in a team environment, enjoy interacting and engaging with several different stakeholders, and adapt quickly to changing environments, while leveraging their skills, quality, and knowledge to drive themselves and their teams towards continuous improvement and success."
Add after location paragraph.
Now check for any other substantive info: "This job description is intended to convey information essential to understanding the scope of the job and the general nature and level of work performed by job holders within this job. This job description is not intended to be an exhaustive list of qualifications, skills, efforts, duties, responsibilities or working conditions associated with the position." That's generic boilerplate; can be removed.
"This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship. All applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship (e.g., H-1B, O-1, etc). Additionally, WGNSTAR does not participate in the STEM OPT extension program for this role." This is substantive about sponsorship. Should we include? It's not in allowed headings but could be placed under About the role or maybe a separate paragraph. It's important info. We'll add a paragraph under About the role: "This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship. All applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship (e.g., H-1B, O-1, etc). WGNSTAR does not participate in the STEM OPT extension program for this role."
We must ensure we don't create new headings not allowed. So we can add paragraphs under About the role.
Now check for any other: "Equal opportunities and Social Governance WGNSTAR is an Equal Opportunity Employer, drug free workplace, and complies with ADA regulations as applicable. WGNSTAR places an immense emphasis on equal employment, encourages diversity in the workplace, and applies an open-door policy for inclusion of all employees. Our diversity program encourages people from any gender, background, ethnicity, culture, education, and experience to join the company and more importantly build a career through employee development. Through our Global wellness programs, WGNSTAR ensures our employees and families have access to a full range of wellness services through our Employee Assistance Program (EAP). In the communities that surround our business operations, we support individual and group sponsorships for local sports and those that are vulnerable in society." This is EEO/diversity boilerplate; instruction says remove EEO/equal-opportunity boilerplate. So we should remove that entire block.
Now final HTML.
Let's construct:
