We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually description includes intro about company culture, then "Staff Accountant" title, then description of role, essential job functions, key relationships, qualifications. We need to use

for section headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We should only include sections that have real specific content. The posting includes description of role (responsibilities), qualifications, maybe skills. No explicit Benefits, Pay, Schedule mentioned. There's mention of flexible hybrid work schedule in intro: "A flexible hybrid work schedule". That is a benefit? It's a schedule detail. The instruction: include Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections only if posting actually states them. The posting mentions flexible hybrid work schedule, so we can include a Schedule section. Benefits? Not explicitly listed besides "Outstanding benefits to support your well-being" but that's generic, not specific. The instruction: never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g., "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. "Outstanding benefits to support your well-being" is vague, not specific benefits. So we should not create Benefits section. Schedule: we have "flexible hybrid work schedule" stated, so we can include Schedule section with that detail. We need to not repeat job title as heading. So no

. Use headings for sections: About the role? The intro about company culture could be "About the role" or maybe "About the company". But we must use allowed headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can choose which are appropriate. The posting includes description of role (essential job functions) -> Responsibilities. Qualifications -> Qualifications. Skills maybe implied but we could combine with Qualifications. About the role could be the introductory paragraph about company culture and mission. That seems appropriate. Thus sections: About the role (intro), Responsibilities (essential job functions + key relationships?), Qualifications (education, experience, etc.), Schedule (flexible hybrid work schedule). Possibly Skills could be separate but we can incorporate into Qualifications. We must use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So for Responsibilities we should list duties as
    • . For Qualifications we can list as
      • . For Schedule maybe just a

. We must preserve all substantive information, not invent or summarize away detail. Must not omit details. Need to include all duties etc. That's a lot; we need to capture them in list items. We must remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. Not present. We must not repeat job title as heading. We must not include application instructions (like "Apply now"). We must not include duplicated lines. Let's extract content. Intro paragraph: "What if your next job wasn’t just a role, but a place where you truly felt valued, inspired, and empowered? Imagine working for a company that’s dedicated to educating, inspiring, and empowering others, while fostering a family-like atmosphere that genuinely respects and appreciates every team member. Now, imagine that this company also offers: A flexible hybrid work scheduleStrong, guiding values that drive everything we doOutstanding benefits to support your well-beingThe opportunity to make a meaningful impact every day Does that sound like a place where you’d thrive? If so, keep reading, because this is exactly what Westcliff University is all about. Here’s a glimpse of what makes our culture amazing: At Westcliff, we strive to be the best in all we do, celebrating and supporting each team member as we grow and succeed together. As a global leader in innovative education, we’re known for our transformative, tech-driven programs and our unwavering commitment to excellence and social responsibility. Our tagline – Educate. Inspire. Empower. – perfectly sums up our mission: to create opportunities for students and employees to achieve success through hard work and empowerment. By joining the Westcliff team, you’ll have the chance to leave your personal mark on a growing institution, helping us shape the future of education while being part of a supportive and innovative community. Ready to feel inspired and appreciated while making a real difference? Apply now, and let’s grow and succeed together!" We need to remove application instructions: "Apply now, and let’s grow and succeed together!" Also "Ready to feel inspired and appreciated while making a real difference?" maybe considered call to action; but it's part of description. Might be considered boilerplate? It's not EEO but it's a call to apply. The instruction: remove application instructions. So we should remove sentences that explicitly tell to apply. The phrase "Ready to feel inspired and appreciated while making a real difference? Apply now, and let’s grow and succeed together!" should be removed. Also earlier "If so, keep reading, because this is exactly what Westcliff University is all about." That's also a prompt to keep reading; maybe considered application instruction? It's encouraging to keep reading; but it's not exactly "apply". Might be okay to keep? Safer to remove promotional fluff that is not substantive about role. However we need to preserve ALL substantive information; the fluff about culture is substantive? It describes company values, mission, etc. That's substantive. The "keep reading" is just a prompt; we could remove it. The instruction: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. So remove "If so, keep reading, because this is exactly what Westcliff University is all about." and "Ready to feel inspired and appreciated while making a real difference? Apply now, and let’s grow and succeed together!" Thus the About the role section will contain the remaining descriptive text about company culture, mission, values, flexible hybrid work schedule, etc. Now responsibilities: list of essential job functions and key relationships. We need to capture all duties. Let's list them: Essential Job Functions (as bullet points): - Knowledge of balance sheets, profit, and loss statements, and other financial reports. - Duties and responsibilities include analyzing trends, costs, and revenues. - Experience reconciling bank statements and ledgers. - Reconcile all income statements and balance sheet accounts by compiling and analyzing account details. - Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information. - Review company financial reports including Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow, Budget vs Actual and trend analyses. - Familiar with accounting software. - Advanced knowledge and experience with spreadsheets: Microsoft Excel and Google Sheet. - Understanding of accounting rules and procedures including (GAAP). - Analytical skills, highly detail-oriented, and aptitude for numbers and quantitative skills. - Ensure compliance with applicable standards, rules, regulations, and systems of internal control. - Aid in the implementation and updating of accounting policies, standards, and guidelines. - Support month-end and year-end close processes. - Provide accurate, timely, and relevant recording, reporting, and analysis of financial information. - Identify areas for improvement and implement improvements to processes. - Manage and reconcile accounts receivable activity, including customer and student balances, invoices, payments, credits, refunds, and unapplied cash. - Reconcile AR clearing accounts, prepare and analyze AR aging reports; investigate aged and credit balances and coordinate follow-up on account discrepancies. - Apply and reconcile cash receipts to open receivables and research unidentified or misapplied payments. - Support customer invoicing, collections, write-off analysis, and revenue-related reconciliations by validating billing and payment activity. - Prepare AR reconciliations and supporting schedules for month-end close and audits, and partner with Student Accounts and Billing to resolve account issues. - Handles other projects and tasks as needed. Key Relationships: - Collaborates with the GL team, AP team, Student Accounts, FP&A, and campus/department staff to resolve accounting and AR issues. - Works with Student Accounts and Department of Education on student balances, billing, payments, credits, refunds, collections, and account discrepancies. - Provides supporting schedules and requested documentation to internal and external auditors as needed. - Receives direction and guidance from the Accounting Supervisor/Controller and works independently on assigned responsibilities, escalating complex or unusual matters as appropriate. We should include these as list items under Responsibilities. Qualifications: - Requires a bachelor's degree in accounting or business. - Requires three to five years of experience in an accounting position. - Must be familiar with standard accounting concepts, practices, and procedures. - Perform a variety of tasks. - Work under general supervision. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Experience in Higher Education is a plus. - Experience with SAP ByDesign is a plus - Strong accounts receivable knowledge and hands-on experience with billing, cash application, account reconciliation, AR aging, collections, credits, refunds, and write-offs. - Experience researching customer or student account discrepancies, reconciling AR activity to the general ledger, and preparing supporting schedules for month-end close and audits. We could also include skills like analytical skills etc but those are already in responsibilities. We should not create Skills section unless we have specific skills list separate; we could incorporate into Qualifications. Schedule: "A flexible hybrid work schedule" mentioned. So Schedule section with that. Now we need to output HTML fragment with

        headings and

        or

        • . We must not include any extra text outside HTML. Let's craft:

          About the role

What if your next job wasn’t just a role, but a place where you truly felt valued, inspired, and empowered? Imagine working for a company that’s dedicated to educating, inspiring, and empowering others, while fostering a family-like atmosphere that genuinely respects and appreciates every team member. Now, imagine that this company also offers: A flexible hybrid work schedule, strong guiding values that drive everything we do, outstanding benefits to support your well‑being, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact every day. At Westcliff, we strive to be the best in all we do, celebrating and supporting each team member as we grow and succeed together. As a global leader in innovative education, we’re known for our transformative, tech‑driven programs and our unwavering commitment to excellence and social responsibility.

Note: we removed the "Apply now" etc. Also we combined the flexible hybrid work schedule sentence into the paragraph; but we also have a Schedule section later. Might be duplicate. Better to keep schedule separate; but we already mentioned it in About the role. Could keep it there and also have Schedule section repeating? Might be duplication. The instruction: do not repeat content? Not explicitly but we should preserve all substantive information; repeating is okay but maybe better to keep schedule only in Schedule section and not repeat in About the role. However the About the role paragraph originally included that schedule as part of the list of offers. If we remove it from there, we lose that piece of information unless we put it in Schedule section. So we can keep it in Schedule section and remove from About the role to avoid duplication. Let's adjust About the role to not include schedule. Thus About the role paragraph: remove "A flexible hybrid work schedule". We'll keep rest. Now Schedule section:

          Schedule

          A flexible hybrid work schedule.

          Now Responsibilities:

          Responsibilities

          • ... each duty as li
          Qualifications:

          Qualifications

          • ... each qualification
We should not include Skills section. Check for any duplicated lines: ensure we didn't repeat. Now produce HTML. Let's list responsibilities items precisely as in text, but we can combine similar points to avoid
