Staff Accountant

Essential Functions

• Responsibility for maintaining, reconciling, and analyzing assigned general ledger accounts monthly
• Lead the financial reporting and accounting activities of subsidiary companies, ensuring compliance with corporate accounting policies and GAAP requirements
• Processing of journal entries and adjustments in relation to accounts included above, which will also require working with the Financial Services Department throughout the fiscal month
• Support treasury functions including cash management, account analysis, and related reporting functions
• Support internal and external audit processes to ensure compliance with policy and procedures
• Supporting internal controls framework and maintaining internal control documentation in relation to the general ledger

Qualifications

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required
• 3-5 years of experience

Technical Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• ERP experience, SAP Preferred
• Intermediate or above User of Excel and Microsoft Office programs
• Quickbooks
• Strong analytical skills, motivated, able to meet required deadlines, and detail-oriented
• The ability to communicate across all levels of the organization

Pay

$62,700 - $103,510 /yr (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, & abilities of the applicant and the alignment with the internal team & market data)
