This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can adapt quickly to systems and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Successful candidates will contribute to process improvements and support financial accuracy.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and execute month-end closing activities efficiently.Manage general ledger entries and ensure correctness.Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.Identify opportunities for process improvements within accounting practices.Support audit and compliance activities when necessary.Collaborate with team members to streamline accounting workflows.Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.Key RequirementsProven ability to adapt to new systems and learn quickly.Outgoing, humble, and driven with a critical thinking mindset.Experience with month-end closing processes.CPA or CPA track with sponsorship eligibility.Past Big 4 experience considered but not required.Knowledge or experience with AI tools is a plus.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to work at least 4 days a week onsite in Atlanta.The ideal candidate will join a team with growth potential and exposure to executive leadership.
