Staff Accountant
Compensation & Benefits
withcontaining salary range and benefits description. Also we might have a Schedule? Not present. Pay? Already covered. So we will not create Pay or Schedule separate. We need to use
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). But we can use other headings? The instruction says use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It suggests those are examples; we can use other headings as long as they are . Probably we should map sections: About the role (maybe POSITION OVERVIEW), Responsibilities (ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES), Requirements (REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES + EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE?), Qualifications (PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS), Skills (maybe part of required skills), Benefits (Compensation & Benefits). We need to avoid duplication.
We must preserve all substantive information. So we need to include all details from each section.
Let's plan:
- About the role
: combine ORGANIZATION OVERVIEW and POSITION OVERVIEW? Probably just POSITION OVERVIEW (the role). But we could include organization overview as part of about the role. The instruction: do NOT repeat the job title as a heading. So we can have About the role with prose summarizing organization and position overview. Must preserve all substantive information, not summarize away detail. So we need to include the organization overview text and position overview text verbatim (or close). We can't invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep the content. We can put them in

Next, Responsibilities: ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES. That's a list of duties; we should output- for each duty. The duties are grouped under headings like Accounting Operations, Financial Reporting & Analysis, Tax, Audit & External Coordination, Department & Systems Development. We could keep those as subheadings? But instruction only says use
for section headings; we could use
? Not allowed? It didn't forbid other headings, but to be safe we can keep them as or just include as part of
- text. However we need to preserve all substantive information; we can keep the subheadings inside
- as bold text. That's fine. Thus:
Responsibilities
- Accounting Operations: ... (list of duties) ...
- items? The instruction: Use
- for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So each duty should be a
- . The subheadings could be part of the
- text. Thus we will create
- for each bullet point under each subheading.

Now Required Skills and Abilities: list of items. We'll put under
Requirements
maybe? Or Skills? The instruction list includes Skills as possible heading. We'll useSkills
for required skills and abilities. But we also have Education and Experience separate. Could combine under Requirements. However we need to preserve all info. We should not include any other sections like Pay or Schedule. Now ensure we removed boilerplate: removed BUILDING EQUITY THROUGH HOUSING AND HIRING, also removed any duplicated lines. Also removed "POSITION DETAILS" heading and its sub-items like Job Title, Department, Reports To, FLSA Status. Those are metadata; we should fold minor metadata into a shortor drop it. The instruction: do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short
or drop it. So we could include those details in About the role paragraph? But we already have About the role with organization overview and position overview. We could add a short paragraph after that with the metadata: Job Title: Staff Accountant, Department: Finance, Reports To: Chief Financial Officer, FLSA Status: Non-Exempt. However the instruction says do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short
or drop it. It doesn't forbid including them in a paragraph. So we can add a
with those details. Thus after About the role paragraphs, add a
with metadata. Let's craft final HTML:
