Key Responsibilities
- Maintain general ledger activity and support daily accounting operations
- Assist with month-end close, including journal entries and account reconciliations
- Prepare financial reports and analyze account variances
- Support AP and AR functions as needed
- Assist with inventory and operational accounting activities
- Support audit preparation and compliance requirements
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely reporting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business operations
- Partner with the Controller on process improvements and special projects
Required Qualifications & Experience
- U.S. Citizen
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 1+ year of accounting experience
- Experience with journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end close
- Hands-on AP/AR experience
- Strong Excel skills and experience with an ERP or integrated accounting system
