Staff Accountant

Description Grow Your Accounting Career With Us Renu Energy Solutions is looking for a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our growing Finance team. This is a hands-on role with real room to grow: you'll work side by side with our Controller, gain broad exposure across the business, and take ownership of key financial functions, including preparing reports across our three divisions. What You'll Do Partner closely with the Controller on day-to-day accounting, month-end close, and financial reportingPrepare accurate, timely reporting across all three of our divisions, gaining broad company-wide financial exposurePrepare reconciliations, journal entries, and supporting schedulesWork across accounting, payroll, CRM, and reporting systems to research transactions and improve processesHelp strengthen internal controls and support audit, tax, and financial review requests Requirements What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred2+ years of accounting experienceStrong Excel skills and solid grasp of accounting principles and month-end closeSharp analytical skills and a real eye for detailCommission or sales-compensation experience a plus; Paylocity/Zoho experience a plus Why This Role This is more than a staff accounting job; it's a chance to build broad, cross-functional experience and grow into a trusted financial partner to leadership.
