Staff Accountant

Job Roles and Responsibilities

• Audit and assurance engagements
• Prepare individual tax returns
• Prepare business tax returns
• Work directly with experienced accounting professionals
• Communicate and work directly with clients
• Support both audit and tax engagements
• Develop knowledge and experience across audit and taxation
• Take on increasing responsibility as skills and experience grow
• Contribute effectively as part of an accounting team

Qualifications and Certifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong analytical skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational abilities
• Willingness to learn and develop professionally
• Willingness or plans to pursue CPA certification
