About the Company
Premier Nutrition Company (PNC) is one of the fastest-growing companies in the proactive wellness space, leading the category of protein shakes and powders. We make the brands Premier Protein and Dymatize and are part of BellRing Brands (NYSE: BRBR). Founded in 1997, our success stems from a simple yet powerful formula: a purpose-driven organization—Changing Lives with Good Energy—where employees are supported with autonomy to grow. We prioritize a culture of connection and belonging, one of our five core values, fostering an environment where employees thrive and deliver exceptional results. This regenerative culture attracts top talent and has earned us recognition as a Great Place to Work™ for the 9th consecutive year (2025), ranking #8 on Fortune Magazine’s Best Workplaces in our category.
We offer a vibrant workplace with benefits that employees love, including year-round half-day Fridays, in-office massages, free lunches and snacks, dogs in the office, culture celebrations, engaging events (e.g., Bring Your Kids to Work Day), a 6% 401k match after one year, generous paid family leave, bonus eligibility for all positions, company-wide volunteer days, charitable donation matching, no employee handbook, no dress code, coaching conversations instead of performance reviews, and walking meetings.
We seek individuals who embody our Challenger Mindset: those who take smart, bold risks, display relentless hunger, and see themselves as builders. If you thrive in action over analysis paralysis, start before feeling completely ready, and focus on long-term impact, you’ll fit right in.
