Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 2+ years of relevant accounting experience
  • General comfort with accounting software required; QuickBooks experience a plus
  • Strong Excel skills required
  • Experience with payroll processing preferred
  • Multi-entity or multi-location environment experience a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both finance colleagues and non-finance practice staff such as office managers and physicians
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities across a portfolio of accounts

Skills

  • Own the full-cycle bookkeeping for a portfolio of concierge medical practices, including accounts payable, payroll processing, banking activity, credit card reconciliations, and month-end close
  • Serve as the primary accounting point of contact for practice-level colleagues, including office managers and physicians, ensuring timely bill payment, accurate payroll, and smooth day-to-day financial operations
  • Prepare and maintain routine financial schedules, account reconciliations, and operational reports across assigned practices
  • Support ongoing efforts to improve efficiency through AP automation and AI-enabled accounting workflows, with the goal of building a scalable, technology-forward finance function
  • Partner with the Accounting Manager and CFO on key finance initiatives, including enhanced reporting, practice-level collaboration, and process improvements that scale with the business
