Staff Accountant

Healthcare Realty (NYSE:HR) is a real estate investment trust (REIT) focused on acquiring, developing, and managing medical office buildings and outpatient facilities throughout the United States.

About the role

This is a full-time, hybrid position based at our Nashville corporate office. The position involves full-cycle accounting for a portfolio of medical office buildings.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for monthly and quarterly close procedures
• Perform balance sheet and income statement analysis
• Provide accounting support to the portfolio’s asset managers
• Other various accounting and analytical responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with a major or concentration in accounting
• Excellent communication skills
• Computer proficiency with strong Excel knowledge
