Responsibilities
- Support general ledger activities and maintain accurate financial records
- Prepare journal entries and assist with month-end close processes
- Complete balance sheet, bank, and credit card reconciliations
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
- Assist with payroll processing and related reporting
- Support financial statement preparation and management reporting
- Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve accounting and operational matters
- Assist with audit preparation, bank reviews, and compliance activities
- Contribute to the implementation and optimization of ERP and business systems
Qualifications
- 2+ years of accounting experience
- Experience with general ledger accounting, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Knowledge of AP, AR, payroll, and month-end close procedures
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience working within an ERP or accounting software environment
- Strong attention to detail and analytical abilities
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred

Pay
$60,000 – $65,000 per year. Individual compensation within this range depends on qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other job-related factors.
Schedule
Fully onsite in Hainesport, NJ. Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
