Job Requirements
- 6 to 8 years progressive accounting experience
- Costpoint accounting system preferred
- Costpoint Project and billing experience a plus
- Vendor set-up with knowledge of 1099 specifics
- Accounts payable, vendor payments, checks, ACH, and EFT payments
- Bank reconciliation
- Corporate credit card reconciliation
- General ledger reconciliation
- Expense report processing (Costpoint T&E or SAP a plus)
- Cash receipt processing
- Support year-end audits
