Staff Accountant

About the role

This is a high-visibility role offering hands-on experience with cost accounting, inventory, and full-cycle financials.

Responsibilities

• Support month-end close, general ledger activity, and financial reporting
• Perform account reconciliations and ensure accuracy across financial records
• Auxiliary with cost accounting, inventory tracking, and manufacturing variance analysis
• Analyze financial data to support operational decision-making
• Partner with operations to track production costs and improve reporting accuracy

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3+ years of accounting experience (manufacturing or cost accounting preferred)
• Strong knowledge of general ledger, reconciliations, and financial reporting
• Proficiency with ERP/accounting systems and Microsoft Excel
