Staff Accountant

About the role

This position works directly with all members of the accounting department to ensure that the financial records of the organization are created accurately and timely.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the Daily Cash Report
• Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations for multiple bank accounts
• Conduct daily and monthly credit card charge reconciliations
• Assist the Controller in the Month-End Close process
• Oversee, file, and pay all state sales taxes
• Reconcile general ledger accounts as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, or 3 to 5 years of experience in the field
• Experience in financial management
• Excellent organizational skills
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to work as a team player
• Demonstrated ethical conduct
• Thoroughness in completing tasks
• Ability to meet deadlines

Experience with Business Dynamics is a plus.
