Staff Accountant

Description The Staff Accountant is responsible for fleet loan reporting, daily fleet sales processing, various month-end duties and general ledger reconciliation in a challenging and fast paced environment. Responsibilities Manage fleet loan portfolio for all entitiesPost daily receivables related to disposal of fleet vehiclesPrepare and submit weekly financial reportsSubmit monthly journal entries and reconcile general ledger accountsManage weekly / quarterly interest and fee paymentsProvide analysis and research as requested by managementMaintain strong working relationships with bank partners Requirements Minimum Qualifications: College degree in accounting or related fieldAbility to maintain a high level of accuracyStrong organizational skillsAbility to prioritize and multi-taskProficiency in Microsoft ExcelExcellent written and verbal communication skills This description is not an all-inclusive description.
